Installatin and compatibity

We designed Next-Gen Sponsons to be as simple as possible: a one-time install that transforms your jet ski forever.

Install Time: around 30-45 minutes with basic tools
Waterproofing: built-in O-ring seals and marine-grade connectors for worry-free
setup
Included: all brackets, hardware and wiring harnesses are provided – no extra parts needed
Maintanence: none during regular use – just ride and switch modes but we recommend to rinse sponsons with freshwater when taken out of saltwater

First Release Compatibility:
– Sea-Doo Spark / Spark Trixx (2014-2024

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the original sponsors.
Clean the hull thoroughly – remove dirt, old sealant, and any debris.
Remove the decorative cover plate (M4 x13 screws).
Before loosening the main mounting screws, make sure the alignment marks on the gears and gear rail match.
Unscrew the main mounting bolts (4x M8).
Drill one 10mm hole on each side, centeredowed between the front hull mounting holes.
Route the cable through the drilled hole in the hull.
Fasten the base plate using 3x M8 original screws.
Reinstall the sponsor, ensuring that the gear marks on both the gear and the gear rail are properly aligned.
Secure the control panel.
Connect all wire connectors according to their colors.
Connect the power wires to the fuse box (42 – red wire (+) & D5 – black wire (-)).
Reattach the ignition.
Make sure the sponsors operate smoothly.
Reattach the decorative cover plate.
